Regedit cannot be lauched from Start menu/Accessories/Regedit.
Unlike the other application, which are situated in ReactOS/system32,
regedit.exe is located in in the ReactOS directory. Probably the shortcut in
the Start menu points to ReactOS/system32/regedit.exe, intead of pointing to
ReactOS/regedit.exe.
