I applied parts of your patch to r27760 and fixed it for all the other
languages.
I did not apply your changes to main.c, I just changed the command 'LoadIcon(
hInst, appname )' to 'LoadIcon( hInst, MAKEINTRESOURCE(IDI_WINEMINE) )' there.

If we would convert WineMine to Unicode, many more changes would be necessary,
so I did not add these changes.

Anyway, thanks for the patch!
