Resolved: Error due to bad windres version in ROSBE 0.3.6 
Please do not use windres versions from 07.06.2007 and 08.06.2007 as those
introduce several resource-related bugs, just as:
http://www.reactos.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2315

A known working windres version could be found here:
