I am running r27937 in VMware. It appears that the same issue that is affecting
buttons 1 - 4 is now affecting start menu icons and notification area icons.
This may be caused by the recent wine sync or the recent gdi-related commits.

P.S. - I am writing this report under ReactOS r27937. Way to go devs. Keep it
up.
