Your patch was committed to r27997.
Thanks for your work!

I slightly modified it to reflect recent changes.
Also I did not commit your changes to comctl32, comdlg32 and mpr. These DLLs
are shared with Wine.

Please check if Wine already has such translations and if not or if they are
not good, send your patches to the Wine mailing list.
