Debug output after re-plug in the vga connector

Now the surprise: After plugging off the vga connector and plugging in it again
(can be within the same second), debug output continues and Reactos starts as
expected. Nevertheless, this is a bad solution to work with Reactos on my PC
since the connector must be plugged off and in again during every bootstrap
(which is not acceptable).
