Make 2 single click on "my computer" in Regedit the label goes in editing mode.
When click some else to leave edit mode (because you don't like to rename it),
regedit crash.
Is an Exception in msvcrt.dll. On Windows it runs.

My suggestion is, make "my computer" and Rootkeys
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,HKEY_CURRENT_USER ...) not editable.
This will hide this bug but is not a hack.
