The explorer will be revoke to pure C code in near futuer, it will replace by a
new explorer that is writen in pure C, we in reactos dislike using c++, for g++
is bad to deal with c++ code and they changes the rules how c++ code acts in
each new compiler version of g++, only reason c++ code are allown if u got a
real strong agrument why, and it is not posible todo it other way, at moment in
C
