I just had a quick look at this and I think you're all barking up the wrong
tree.

I've not tested anything, but I'm guessing InitCommonControlsEx is failing with
ICC_LINK_CLASS and therefore returning before initialized.

Try commenting out the return after calling InitCommonControlsEx in sysdm.c
I think you'll find all the pages except the ones which use the ICC_LINK_CLASS
will load fine.
