No, I don't think that InitCommonControlsEx is the problem, since the sysdm.cpl
also does not work in the current 0.3.1 branch. The version of "sysdm.c" in the
branch does not include the InitCommonControlsEx code change by weiden, so the
problem must be somewhere else.
