I tested ReactOS 0.3.1 Branch (r25955) - Installation ISO file today.
Instead of PreRelease I, this release does give out senseless chars on 115200
bps.

I then tested other speeds - and found out that output is 9600 bps

(In short:  Text output of "PreRelease I" on 1st stage is "Used memory
391620Kb", and nothing else .. )

I will add some debug outputs here in near future.
