Proposed patch for bug #644

Attached is a patch for the given problem. The handling of the directional keys
was correctly implemented but it seems as if the author changed the align
direction of the ShellListView component afterwards.

One solution would be to adapt the functions finding the next item for the key
pressed, but i think that changing the direction to LVS_ALIGNTOP is better,
because it's the standard direction of the MS Windows Explorer.
