I use this feature because I can (for example) install WindowsXP twice - on two
primary partitions. Each installation doesn't see the other - I prevent myself
from destroying anything accidently in the other installation. So I have one
working installation - and one for experiments (for example test
installations).
When I select the second primary partition on bootup with the bootmanager it is
then marked as ACTIVE. On this a OS should install. But ReactOS ignores that
and does install on the first partition (not marked as ACTIVE).
> ReactOS does not correctly recognize the 2nd partition?
I hide it because I want to install WinXP there ..
So the second primary partition is not shown on setup of ReactOS, only "C:"
In the second line there is only shown the rest capacity of the HD, no
partition, not even the extended partition with the already formatted "D:"
Best regards,
Peter.
