This problem is still not fixed in trunk.

In 0.3.1, we used my patch to hackfix this problem (see r25808).
Although I agree, that this is a hack for detecting the network adapters, it
fixes the detection of the network protocols.

hpoussin or GreatLord (don't remember) said, that these functions should be
rewritten anyway to use network detection APIs instead of reading the
information directly from the registry.

But as no one has done this yet, we have to decide on a solution for 0.3.2.

I also did not find any information about the "0000" key. hpoussin wrote in
comment #5 that it might be the loopback adapter. But then, why doesn't ReactOS
have such a key?
On Windows, the "Bind" and "Export" values of the "0000\Linkage" key refer to a
"\Device\{54C7D140-09EF-11D1-B25A-F5FE627ED95E}", but I also couldn't find any
information about this GUID.
