Testing 0.3.1 again won't solve this problem.
It has probably been fixed in a recent trunk version.

Please download and test a recent trunk version from our Buildserver:
http://svn.reactos.org/iso (e.g. "bootcd-26896-dbg.7z").
Then please post if this version solves your boot problem.
