Task-Manager uses NDK functions, which forces the application to be
Unicode-only.
Having an ASCII version of Task-Manager would require many character
conversions here and there and some dirty tricks.

This is why I did some changes in r30031 to make it obvious that Task-Manager
is Unicode-only. Compiling Task-Manager without Unicode would lead to an #error
now.
