Hi - 

 I first noticed this bug in svn version 30085, and it is still present in 
the latest version (as I write this) which is 30145. 

 I run ReactOS in Qemu (on Linux Mint). The LiveCD boots fine, but the
mouse-pointer is frozen and can't be moved. I've tried "Ctrl-Alt" (which 
releases the "grab" in Qemu), and then I click in ReactOS again and wiggle 
the mouse. No luck - the pointer stays where it is and doesn't move.  

 If this is confirmed as a bug, I'm happy to test the fix for it.
