Example Patch

This patch is an example for anyone who wants to help.

Description of each change

1. Clear the DO_DEVICE_INITIALIZING flag to tell I/O manager that the device is
ready.

2. Return STATUS_SUCCESS when we complete successfully.

3. Mark the IRP as pending after we queue it.
