This doesnt happen with mirc only, this is a much bigger problem caused by:
(subsystems\win32\win32k\ntuser\object.c:71) Out of user handles!
after this event, you cant launch any programs, start menu no longer shows
menus, or do anything that requires.... user handles.

Will refile under new bug entry!
