VGA fallback (when VBE fails to initialize) seems to be broken (maybe by 
Magnus's modifications). I told this a number of times already, but...

Also, when testing on real hardware, and when you're not formatting HDD after 
each setup attempt, don't forget to clean not only X:\ReactOS and X:\Program 
Files, but also X:\Documents and Settings directories (it looks like you don't 
do this, from the debug log).
