Something is calling RWComputeCHS with a partial sector request. Which causes
that assert. The patch I'm working on will fix partial sector request support.
But that is not the real problem. Whatever is calling RWComputerCHS is what
needs to be fixed. I tested NT4's floppy.sys on ReactOS and I have the same
problem, so I assume that the problem lies in ntoskrnl.
