I don't agree with some of the changes introduced in last patch specially with
the language page reorder . Having language selection page as the first step of
the setup wizard was not casual I think It makes sense to let the user chose
what language to be used even for the setup process itself so its not very
logical to ask for the language when the user has passed half of the process,
if you install any modern linux distro or even Windows Vista you will notice
that the first setting to be chosed is the language.
