After r29304, sometimes cmd hits an Assertion at ntoskrnl/ob/obhandle.c line
2065.
A way to reproduce is to create a bat file that executes another program eg
"notepad.exe". If I run this bat file, notepad runs and when I close it , I get
the bsod.
