SCSI.INF

I have worked on the scsi.inf and it now installs the BusLogic SCSI controller.
It still has the same issue with the unimplemented code in scsiport.c. It works
and you can open files in the root folder of the drive but navigating in to
another folder will crash ReactOS (related to scsiport.c). This is the same
reason why ReactOS won't install on a SCSI computer. Anyway, this eliminates
the annoying 'Found New Hardware' wizard for the SCSI controller. Screenshots
