I have an installed Euphoria in my WinXP machine, I take only the interpreter
executable file exw.exe and this file don't run on Reactos.

This language is open source, and as long as I know the compiler used for the
official distribution binary files is Watcom C.

I have only tested in the qemu as I have not a dedicated machine for Reactos,
may be you can test on a native installed system.  Also I experiment problems
with the 7zip file manager, is unable to browse, may be this caused by qemu?
