The fdebug and msconfig translations were committed to r29124. Thanks!

Please create comctl32 and comdlg32 patches against the Wine source tree and 
send them to that project (see http://www.winehq.org/site/sending_patches).
Adding them to the diff files in ReactOS makes them harder to maintain and if 
you send them to Wine, both projects will benefit from that.

But a shell32 translation should not be a problem. Our shell32.dll was not 
synchronized with the Wine version for a long time, so I think it's officially 
forked.
