Tried that as well now and got the same result: By default you cannot type 
anything into the "Save" dialog, when you run the screenshot app.
Although the cursor is blinking, the focus is in the "Search in" combo box in 
reality. You have to press TAB 2-3 times, so you really get to the "File" edit 
box.

Under Windows XP, the screenshot app works flawlessy.

I rename and reassign this bug to Jim now as this looks like a win32k/user32 
problem for me.
If you don't want it, reassign it to Timo :-P (or back to ros-bugs at reactos.org)
