Official build bootcd-29173-dbg.iso:

I've tried to add a system variable (TEMP2 C:\TEMP)
I've tried to add a user variable (TEMP2 C:\TEMP)
I've tried to change a system variable (TEMP -> C:\TEMP2, I created the folder
first)

All of the actions take you to a BSOD with SESSION5_INITIALIZATION_FAILED.
