Tested in bootcd-29130-dbg.iso, exporting works.
I did a: regedit /e output.reg "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\REACTOS", and
worked.
Importing doesn't work, but that's an old bug 997, this is duplicated.
