an old oem0.inf file was present without the new line in RTL8139_Inst.NT
section: Characteristics = 0x4 ; NCF_PHYSICAL and has been deleted from
C:\reactos\inf directory

Then a new test was done .

1) Sounds like my "rtl8139 . inf" file with new line "Characteristics = 0x4 ;
NCF_PHYSICAL" is copied to oem0.inf file in c:\reactos\inf directory .

2) the errors messages have disappeared

New test with r 29202 

The realtek 8139 driver installs successfully and there is no  kernel crash 

=> Kernel commits may have fix the crash problem
