Patch for hdc.inf

I wrote a patch to the hdc.inf file that added an entry for uniata.sys and
should (Not tested because of bug 3016) allow ReactOS to read but not boot from
SATA. Also the PCI ID that I put down may not be correct. I used the one from
my SATA controller.
