Confirmed the same problem on Reactos 0.3.4 on quemu

I opened ftp session to ibiblio.org.
Login as anonymous OK
Asking a directory listing with ls freeze the program.

Later I opened anonymous session at ftp.netscape.com, 
the ls command works there, in the same session, after 
closing netscape conection, ibilio fails again.

So the problem appear to be specific for some ftp servers.
