Tested on two PCs :
1) Pentium II 400MHz, 128MB RAM, Award BIOS 4.51PG dated 1999, 8MB Matrox VGA
controller, 3COM Etherlink PCI 10baseT network card. No other cards installed.
No OS installed - one hard drive with no partitions created.
2) Dell Inspiron 3200 - upgraded to 96MB otherwise standard configuration. One
partition with Windows 98.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Burn ReactOS 0.3.4 release iso (used "cdrecord -dev=0,1,0 -data ReactOS.iso"
under Fedora Core 4 Linux to do this)
2) Insert burnt CD into test PC
3) Reboot test PC and wait for the language selection screen

Actual results:
* Keyboard is unresponsive. No keys, including up and down arrows and ENTER do
anything. Hitting the reset button has no effect - remains on language
selection screen. "Soft" power off also has no effect - had to physically
remove the power cable to get back to the boot prompt.

Expected results:
* Language selection is allowed, keyboard is responsive, reset button reboots
back to BIOS POST screen.

This bug does _not_ occur when running ReactOS 0.3.4 on emulated hardware via
qemu, which displays the expected results.
