Yes, just compare screenshots of the "Start" button of current trunk versions
with 0.3.1 screenshots.
Also other apps like Firefox wrongly use a Monospace font.

Probably, this isn't a problem in Freetype itself, but in some ROS code that
relies on it. And it was caused by the Freetype update in r27774.
