Log dumped from COM1.

Hardware:

Pentium II 400MHz, 128MB RAM, Award BIOS 4.51PG
8MB Matrox VGA controller
3COM 3C900B PCI 10baseT network card (installed but not working - see bug
2634). No network cable plugged in.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Boot Reactos and wait for Explorer to appear
2) Double click on the "command prompt" icon. Confirm command
   prompt appears
3) Type : "ping 192.168.1.35"
4) Confirm four timeout messages appear followed by ping hanging
5) Press CTRL+C

Actual result:

Crash (log to follow)

Expected result:

No crash - ping exits and command prompt re-appears.
