I cannot find a null modem serial cable that fits the pinout required.  please
suggest a URL where I can buy one (and put it in the how to debug wiki please).

Everybody seems to have one but me.  I can't even find the old configurable db9
boxes.  black box doesn't sell them anymore.  You have to buy special crimp and
pin tools, etc.  I don't want to pay $100 just to make a debug cable.  too rich
for my blood.
