This happens following the next steps:
-First go to Game->Options... check that Status Bar option is unchecked(uncheck
it).Close Solitaire.
-Reopen Solitaire(dont Maximize it),then try to click in one point of the
DeadArea.You will discover that u cant move a Card if u click in that
point(let´s call it POINT X),but u can move the Card if u have made the click
over Card but outside that DeadArea.
(It isnt related to a Stack,all the Stacks has the same behavior if u click in
that DeadArea)

The proof is related to Status Bar.
Ok,now...after checking that odd bug, go to Game->Options->Check the StatusBar
option.DONT CLOSE solitaire this time.
Try again to click in the POINTX,now it works.

So seems it´s related to the Status Bar ghost ;)
