Happens shortly after clicking the web button and downloading activex. It's a
BAD_POOL_CALLER bugcheck now. 
CopyMsgToKernelMem (\subsystems\win32\win32k\ntuser\message.c) tries to copy
data from NULL to a kernel mode buffer.
