As of r38039 lswitch no longer crashes the system, instead giving the following
error dialog:

"SetWindowsHookEx(): ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED - The request is not supported."

Debug.txt reveals:

(subsystems/win32/win32k/ntuser/hook.c:1056) Not implemented: HookId 13 Global
TRUE
