As of r38039 the two errors are no longer present. However, Opera 9.24 is still
unusable, with debug log filled with repetitions of the following:

(subsystems/win32/win32k/ntuser/timer.c:172) Unable to locate timer in message
queue for Window.

This is occasionally interspersed with:

(subsystems/win32/win32k/ntuser/sysparams.c:736) FIXME: Unsupported SPI Action
0x200a (uiParam: 0x0, pvParam: 0xa43f32x8, fWinIni 0x0)
