Well seems the guilty commit is: 37522 (37521 works correctly)

- MSTSC: Don't redefine BOOL
- Regedit: Don't include basetyps.h. Not needed and it just breaks things. Also
don't include aclui.h as we...for some reason...implement the required parts of
that API locally
