The main change in the patch is not doubling the size of the buffer being
copied.

I've simply mentioned (while debugging) that all odd-index elements of 'Dx'
array are zeroes, then the distance between i-th and (i+1)-th symbols in the
string is very likely to be found in Dx[2 * i]
