With 38417 under qemu
At start, cygwin looks like working fine.
As installation is long, I go away, when I come back much time later, cygwin
installation window has disappeared.

However some files exist in c:\cygwin\bin

So fom DOS (cmd.exe), I can execute:

cd \cygwin\bin
bash.exe
./ls.exe


However, I believe installation is not complete, because 
* first, ls is not in the PATH
* secondly, cygwin launch icon is not present on the desktop.
