Still happening in 38440.

I browsed to:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ControlPanel\Cursors\Cursors

Clicked slowly twice on "Reactos Deafult.." then clicked on the white
background, then on 

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ControlPanel\Cursors\

Then went back to 
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ControlPanel\Cursors\Cursors

And the key was gone, I restarted ros and confirmed that the key wasn't there
anymore.
