RosApps polish translation patch

Here it goes, whole rosapps. I also added translations for packmgr and write,
which are also covered by commits 3033 and 3034, so mine should go first, as it
is  kept in current standard (Pl.rc in main program directory), before
converting it to the Ros standard (pl-PL.rc in Lang directory).
