The bug seems to be fixed on KQEmu. Regional settings window no longer gets
corrupted when opened a second time. No more multiple errors with frames, only
a single line per action:
(subsystems\win32\win32k\objects\gdiobj.c:709) Attempted to free global gdi
handle 0x400800fb, caller needs to get ownership first!!! If someone could
confirm this, bug is to be closed.
