I do not apply that this patch have applied as is. I working out experience in
ReactOS have less than week. :)

I have found two problems:
1. In bitmap.c (277) in function NtUserGetIconInfo in the first parametre
should be HICON
2. After creation CURICON_OBJECT the field hRsrc should be filled because as
IntFindExistingCurIconObject this field is compared to entrance parametre. And
as it does not find existing object each time creates the new. As to make it
correctly I do not know.
