I've done (as I usually do):

1) Translate -> "newsletter_35"

2) Edited the content and saved it as a draft.

3) Later I picked the draft again and updated it (editing it and saving as a
draft). I've done this step twice or three times.

4) Then I did: "ready", went to "new" and did "stable".
