DLL/CPL translation patch

Third part of translation sync of the current trunk. This entry will contain
patches for dll/cpl applets.

 Please DO NOT CLOSE this entry prematurely, when the current patch is going to
be commited. Fixes may follow, as well as one applet, currently not included,
which is being disputed as if it can be translated. I will close this entry
when all is gone through.
