I ran the same test as I did in a bug that was marked a duplicate of this one.
This test did get the same message when I did it on SVN 31900. Now in SVN 31968
it exhibits the same visual behavior but,the debug output has changed so that
it no longer says out of swap space on the last line of the file. Now the final
line is:

ntoskrnl/ex/shutdown.c:209

I am attaching the debug output.
